SATISFACTION
Destination signs and other minor variances may occur due to the type our type of production and product development. We are extremely sensitive towards your satisfaction with the quality of the items you purchase from Royal Coach. We are very happy with the reputation Royal Coach has earned over the years regarding quality. However, in the unlikely event, should you be unsatisfied with an item purchased from Royal Coach bus for any reason, please return it within 10 days in the same condition as it was received. We will proptly issue a refund for the product cost.
SHIPPING METHODS
We ship United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground at a cost of $7.75 for 1 item, $8.75 for 2 to 5 items, and $9.50 for 6 or more items. UPS requires a street address and will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
For shipping costs to other than Continental U.S. locations, actual shipping plus $5.00 will be charged to your credit card.
ROYAL COACH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, BREAKAGE, LOSS, ETC. CAUSED BY ENROUTE HANDLING. CLAIMS ARE FILED WITH CARRIER.
RETURNS POLICY
If you want to make a return, IT MUST BE DONE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF SHIPMENT and should be returned via UPS or U.S. Mail. Please mail insured to protect your investment. It must be returned in the same condition it was when we shipped it. Please note that Royal Coach is responsible for return shipping costs only if we sent you the wrong item.
